what I DO
Through coaching, workshops, and small group work, I support people, primarily women, who want clarity, direction, and a grounded way forward.
My work focuses on:
-
Helping clients reconnect with their strengths, values, and lived experience
-
Bringing order and clarity to thoughts that feel overwhelming or stuck
-
Supporting intentional decision-making rather than “starting over”
-
Exploring how existing skills and talents can be used meaningfully — and, where relevant, turned into sustainable income
This is not about motivation or quick fixes. It’s about thoughtful progress, realistic goals, and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are now.
If you’re feeling ready for clarity, reflection, and intentional next steps, you’re in the right place.
ABOUT ME
I’m Michelle Freedman, a coach, facilitator, and educator with over 25 years of experience working with people in both learning and personal development settings.
Alongside New Directions, I founded Steel Sisters, a community for women focused on connection, conversation, and shared growth. Steel Sisters remains a free space for belonging and support, while New Directions holds my paid coaching, workshops, and programs for those ready to go deeper.
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded. I combine insight with structure, reflection with action, and compassion with clarity.
Above all, I believe that it’s never too late — and never too early — to choose a new direction that truly fits.

The Transformation I Didn't Expect
